GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most items will ship direct from our warehouse to you. Some items might ship direct from the manufacturer’s warehouse to you. Shipping is during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, not including holidays. Multiple items may ship from different manufacturers and arrive in two or more shipments. We will always provide tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping fees are based on the total number of items in your order and/or bulk order and your location. Packages are shipped by zone destination unless otherwise specified during the ordering process. Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to an address within the State of Kansas (9.95%).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING – LOWER 48 CONTINUOUS STATES
USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS Expedited Delivery* services (U.S. only) delivery are available. Order processing can take up to 3-5 business days before your order ships. Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays and the day the order is placed do not count towards processing days. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address (these addresses are served by USPS).
*UPS Expedited shipping services do not guarantee delivery overnight or within two days. Although these orders do receive priority status, order processing time is still applicable when estimating delivery time.
WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY
Delivery time is based on: the time required to process the order and time used by carrier to deliver the package.
While we make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, some orders could take additional time to process, depending upon order size and availability. Therefore, please keep this in mind if you are ordering for gifts, special occasions or during the holidays.

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS
All orders are shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation (USPS) and/or Tracking (UPS). In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order or issue a refund upon completion of the insurance claim. However, if the Delivery was made to your address, we will not be responsible if you do not receive your order (it is lost or stolen after delivery). If you have any concerns please notify the Carrier to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves our warehouse or the manufacture’s warehouse. All orders are packed with the utmost care. If you received a damaged item, chances are it was damaged during transit. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Package(s)” before signing. If your order arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours. Contact us immediately so we can contact the delivery company. All packing materials and the damaged item must be kept by the customer for carrier inspection.
